I have been coaching people ever since I was a teenager, cheering people up and giving them advice. But I didn't realize until much later in life that it was actually my passion and my true talent.
I was trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I learned from the world's best experts in the field of nutrition and wellness. Their approach is unique in the world. They are also the only school in the world integrating all of the various dietary theories - combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies, like Ayurveda, macrobiotics, and Chinese medicine, with modern concepts like the USDA food guides, the glycemic index, the Zone, and raw foods.
Diet is the largest lever for health changes.
And being healthy is really not that complicated. The body knows what to eat. It's the brain that makes mistakes. Nutrition is called secondary food. The way you live is called primary food. Why ? Because the way we live determines the way we eat.
I combine this wisdom with simple steps for living a more balanced life full of laughter, joy, and abundance. I have noticed that, as people improve their health, they become empowered to pursue the life of their dreams - the life they came here to live.
I notice that so many people are miserable. This should not be the case for anyone because it is our birthright to be happy and to go through life with ease.
